Scott and Michelle Arendt started CMW (a small machine and fabrication shop) in a horse barn in 1993. In 1998, they invested in a 2,000 square foot metal building and bought their first CNC Machine. In 2001, they moved into a 10,000 square foot building in an industrial park in Fenton, Missouri. As things went well, they separated the Machine and Fabrication operations (putting the Fabrication Shop in another 10,000 square foot building next to the Machine Shop.) CMW began to vastly expand and in 2014 both the machine and fabrication shops relocated to a 45,000 square foot building.
Currently, the machine shop runs 24 hours a day 5 days a week. Scott and Michelle have always believed and run their business with the idea that there is no job too small and to never give the customer a reason to leave. They have invested a tremendous amount to make a pleasant and professional work environment for their employees and customers.
Their goal is to grow and reveal only the highest technology and respect in this business. Scott and Michelle believe that the team environment (that has grown through the years) at CMW is second to none and the talent and knowledge have surpassed most.
